2020

BUSINESS COMMENCEMENT

On the 20th of June 2020, United Pharma Sdn. Bhd. (UPSB) had been officially incorporated as a Sendirian Berhad (Private Limited Company).

2021

BECAME AN AUTHORISED SUPPLIERS & SIGNED MOUS WITH REPUTABLE PHARMACEUTICAL SUPPLIERS

UPSB has collaborated and formed partnerships with suppliers around Asia and the UK.

Within the first year of our business operation, we managed to be officially registered as an authorized supplier to government agencies (Ministry of Health, Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Education)

and prominent government-linked companies (Jerudong Park Medical Centre, Pantai Jerudong Specialist Centre, Brunei Shell Petroleum and Brunei Engineering, Logistics and Training Solution).

2022

REGULATORY APPROVAL AND AWARDED TENDERS

Expanded operations to 15 new countries while achieving carbon-neutral manufacturing across all facilities.

Obtained regulatory approval for new medicinal products, signifying a major milestone and allowing for commercial supplies and distribution.

Within the span of 2 years, UPSB has managed to gain confidence and reliability from both private and government sectors.

Further, the Brunei Darussalam Medicines Control Authority (BDMCA) has authorized UPSB to distribute for a total of 9 medicinal products.

2023

GLOBAL EXPANSION AND COLLABORATIONS

Explore international markets and collaborations with other wellknown pharmaceutical companies, enhancing the company's global presence and fostering synergies for future development endeavors.

UPSB has been granted approval by the BDMCA for 2 medicinal products in addition to the existing products.

UPSB has implemented continuous monitoring of the drug's safety and efficacy whilst ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
